Product Specialist required to provide customer training in a range of legal software. With around 2 years experience in a solicitor?s office, the successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of one or more of Conveyancing; Family*Matrimonial; Litigation*Personal Injury; Criminal. You should also have Microsoft Office Suite experience. You will be skilled in `client facing` activities, mainly involving a combination of training, customer care and a positive attitude to problem solving. Some knowledge of implementation of computerised systems, Project Management and post-implementation reviews would also be advantageous.
This role is based in Yeadon, near Leeds, but will involve a significant amount of UK travel to customer sites and overnight stays.
